Fleet Signal Pro
You've already paid for the stand. Make the attendees aware of your stand and eager to come.
We find last year's buyers, email them one by one in your name for three to four weeks, and hand you the names of everyone who says they'll come to your stand. £1,300 a show.
Email usThe problem
A stand costs £5,000 to £15,000 all in once you've paid for space, build, travel and three days of your best people. Most open on the day with a bowl of sweets and a hope that the right people wander past. The organiser's email tells the room you're there. It doesn't change who turns up.
Where the buyers are
People who go to a trade show tell the internet. Badge photo, "great day at Olympia", "see you at WTM". Names, companies, job titles, all public, still there a year later. At a show the size of WTM that's a few thousand of last year's visitors. At the FP Show and Antigua, hundreds. Almost nobody goes through them.
What we do
We go through them, pick out the buyers you actually sell to, and write to each one personally in your name.
Short, plain, one to one business emails about what you're showing and where to find you, sent over the three to four weeks before the show. You approve the wording before anything goes out, and we never invite the same buyer to two competing stands.
A yes means the buyer has replied in writing that they'll come to your stand. The week before the doors open you get the list: names, companies, titles and what each one said.
What five buyers are worth
We're guessing at your numbers, so correct us.
Travel. A tour operator or agent account is worth roughly £20,000 to £100,000 of bookings a year. One account out of five covers the stand and the fee together.
Lenders. A broker who starts sending you cases is worth two or three bridging loans a year, six figures in interest and fees. Five brokers who came to find you on purpose, and you need one to convert.
Yachts. One charter week on a 40 metre yacht is €150,000 to €350,000 gross, €15,000 or more to you in commission, and a good broker brings several weeks a season. Five brokers who walked your boat because they meant to is the whole reason you went to Antigua.
How it works
- 1.
You tell us your show, your stand and who you want to meet. Job titles, company types, anyone to avoid.
- 2.
We find last year's attendees who fit and write to them in your name for three to four weeks. You see every reply.
- 3.
The week before the show, the list lands in your inbox.
The deal
£1,300 per show. One fee, one payment, nothing else to pay. A clear buyer profile and a decent stand usually lands between five and fifteen confirmed names.
Shows we're working on now
- Finance Professional Show, Olympia, 6 November 2026.
- WTM London, ExCeL, 3 to 5 November 2026.
- Antigua Charter Yacht Show, 4 to 9 December 2026.
Outreach takes three to four weeks, so the November shows need a yes by early October and Antigua by early November. We take a handful of exhibitors per show so the same buyers don't hear from us about six different stands.
About
We do one thing: put buyers who were already going to be in the building at your stand. Khalifa runs every client account herself, from the first search to the last email. If you've had an email from us, it was her, and she's the person who'll reply.
Email Khalifa
Reply to her email with your show and who you want to meet. She'll come back the same day with how many of last year's buyers fit you and a draft of the first email, before you've paid a penny. You decide from there.
